San Diego east coast transplants can rejoice! Their favorite doughnuts and coffee are on their way.
Dunkin’ Donuts is opening its second San Diego location this Monday. The first one is out of reach for some (Camp Pendleton).
The new location is downtown at the Embassy Suites Hotel (601 Pacific Highway).
Dunkin’ Donuts announced last year that it plans to expand to the West Coast, opening 45 locations in Southern California by next year.
The question is- will this be like Krispy Kreme Donuts, where it starts with a frenzy of long endless lines of people, but eventually dies down and starts to go away? We’ll see.
